Hello and thank you for visiting my blog.

My name is Anshul Kumar Pandey and I am an Advocate practicing in the Delhi High Court and its Subordinate Courts, Consumer forums and Tribunals handling all sorts of cases like Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, Consumer Complaints, Rent, Property, Insurance etc. matters. I have appeared, prosecuted and defended matters before Consumer Forums, District Courts, High Court, RERA, Debt Recovery Tribunal etc.

On the corporate side of my practice, I help companies, startups and entrepreneurs establish legal processes in their business, secure their interests in a contractual relationship, carry out legal compliance and due diligence and advise them on General Corporate as well as on legal aspects of Angel/Bridge/Series Fund Raising Rounds.

Contract Law is my biggest area of interest and I have extensive experience in drafting as well as vetting several types of contracts across various industries. I am a perpetual learner with a growth mindset and I am looking to provide value to businesses that I work with.
